Scroll Bending
We have the Hebo SSB3 Scroll Machine. This scroll machine has SPS computer control and frequency inverter. It is ideal for larger dimensions since the speed can be adjusted exactly.
Basket Making
We make custom baskets for fence, railing and other items using our Hebo VDZ30 basket attachment. This basket attachment allows us to make multi-filament baskets in custom sizes.
Embossing
We have the Hebo HPG2B Embossing Attachment. This is used to emboss and texture material. This embosser allows us to add a design to the metal which also adds value and curb appeal.
Twisting
We can twist solid bar to make a design for railings, fence or other custom metal designs with our Hebo STM5 Motor Unit with Twisting. This unit is controlled by the SPS computer and is a mass production machine for precise operation and variable speed.
Endforging
We heat the material and can make both narrow and wide forges for scrolls, as well as spear points for pickets for fence and other custom designs using the Hebo EAS3 Endforging Attachment.
Pipe Sanding and Polishing
The Hebo ML100 Pipe Grinder and Polisher allows us to provide fast and consistent polishing for round and oval tubes.
Roll Bending
The Baileigh Hydraulic Roll Bender R-H85 allows us to provide a fast and accurate double-pinch mild steel ring roll driven by hydraulic transmission.
Band Saw Cutting
The Marvel Horizontal Mitering Band Saw SA460WPC allows us to cut smaller metal items in bulk automatically with its hydraulic vise jaws and hold down clamps.
Punching, Notching & Shearing
The Scotchman Ironworker DO150/240-24M allows us to punch, notch or shear with two separate operators simultaneously.
Bending with a Manual Box & Pan Brake
The Jet BPB-1650, 50” x 16 Gauge Bench Model Box & Pan Brake allows us to perform box bending and straight bending of mild steel.
